On July 21, 2023, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. became the Receiver in respect of the property of Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée des Floralies-de-Lachine Inc., Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée des Floralies-de-LaSalle Inc., Résidence Floralies Lachine Inc. et Résidence Floralies LaSalle Inc. according to an order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec.

Status of file as at June 7, 2023

Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée des Floralies-de-Lachine Inc., Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée des Floralies-de-LaSalle Inc., Résidence Floralies Lachine Inc. and Résidence Floralies LaSalle Inc. filed an assignment on the 7th day of June 2023, and the undersigned, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Claudio Filippone, CPA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estates of the bankrupts by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

Their first meeting of creditors will be held on 28th day of June 2023, at 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. respectively, at the office of the trustee, 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Boardrooms Mont-Royal, Montréal, Quebec H3B 4Y1.
