Take notice that Bang Energy Canada ULC filed an assignment on November 16, 2023 and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Philippe Jordan, CPA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge) was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
