Pursuant to a Court Order granted on September 26, 2023 by the King's Bench In Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Winnipeg Centre, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was discharged as Proposal Trustee. A copy of this Court Order may be located in the "Court Documents and Orders" section of this website.
Status at December 12, 2018
Pursuant to a Notice of Intention Filed on June 15th, 2018, the Company has filed a Proposal on December 6, 2018. A Creditors' meeting to vote on the proposal is scheduled for Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., One Lombard Place, Suite 2300, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 0X6. A Creditors Proposal information package and Proof of Claim, Proxy and Voting Letter is located in the "Creditor Meeting Materials" section above.
Status at July 11, 2018
Pursuant to a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal filed on June 15th, 2018, the Company has received an extension of time within which it may file a proposal with the Official Receiver to 11:50 pm Wednesday, August 29, 2018.
