Status of file as of May 29, 2023

As of May 29, 2023, Goldenkey Oil Inc. was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy due to the non-filing of a proposal within the prescribed period.

Status of file as of February 28, 2023

On February 28, 2023, Justice Jones approved an Order extending the time to file a proposal. The filing period extension is extended up to and including April 14, 2023.

Status of file as of January 29, 2023

On January 29, 2023, Goldenkey Oil Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed as trustee under this NOI Proceeding.

The NOI provides the Company with a stay of proceedings until February 28, 2023.
