Status of file as of June 10, 2021

On June 10, 2021 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT in its Capacity as Receiver of SanLing Energy Ltd. assigned SanLing Energy Ltd. into Bankruptcy. Documents relating to this Assignment are in the Bankruptcy subsection above.

Status of file as of April 23, 2021

On April 23, 2021, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT ("PwC" or the "Receiver") was appointed Receiver of Sanling Energy Ltd. ("Sanling") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. Sanling's operations ceased prior to the date of Receivership, and Sanling's emergency response number continues to be active and monitored.
