Status of file as at December 28, 2022

11095234 Canada Inc. (formerly VOTI Inc.) and 11087681 Canada Inc. (formerly VOTI Detection Inc.) are deemed to have filed an assignment on the 28th day of December 2022 and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (David Malin, CPA, CIRP, LIT) was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupts by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

Their first meeting of creditors will be held on the 16th day of January 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. respectively, at the office of the trustee, 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Boardroom 2511, Montréal, Quebec H3B 4Y1. We refer you to the Notices of bankruptcy and first meeting of creditors for more details.

Status of file as at December 22, 2022

On December 22, 2022, the Superior Court of Quebec granted a vesting order whereby Rapiscan Holdings Inc. purchased substantially all of the assets of Voti Inc. and Voti Detection Inc. We refer you to the order dated December 22, 2022 for more details.

Status of file as at November 14, 2022

Following the filing of a motion by VOTI Detection Inc. and VOTI Inc. on November 11, 2022, the Superior Court of Québec issued a judgment approving a first extension of the time for filing a proposal until December 26, 2022. It was also decided, for administrative purposes, to consolidate the two files under the number 500-11-061520-223 of the Superior Court of Québec. Status of file as at October 12, 2022

VOTI Detection Inc. and VOTI Inc. have filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 12th day of October 2022.
