Ben is a partner in PwC’s Tax Risk and Dispute Resolution Team, and he leads that team's support in the UK regional market.  He began his career at HMRC spending seven years working as a tax inspector before moving into practice 20 years ago. He specialises in helping clients overcome all types of contentious issues that arise in their relationship with HMRC and regularly advises on complex multi-territory disputes with HMRC, and high value disclosure cases.  Increasingly, Ben's work has focussed on proactive risk management with a view to mitigating the impact of HMRC compliance interventions before they happen.

Kevin Owens is a Director in PwC’s UK Private Client practice, based in Leeds. He specialises in advising high net worth individuals, trustees and family offices on complex UK tax matters, with a particular focus on individuals or family structures that have international elements to their affairs. Kevin works closely with clients to navigate the evolving UK tax landscape and manage their personal tax risk, combining technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach.
