With over 690 employees from 38 countries and more than 250 trainees, we are not just the largest but also one of the most diverse professional services firms in our country.
Having a multi-disciplinary team that is motivated and healthy is crucial. Given the size of our people and the diversity of our extended workforce, our people agenda remains a top priority. Our strategy focuses on 3 key areas:

Over the past year we have made an extraordinary investment in our people :
- We recruited specialized talent across our business. The acquisition of Megabyte through which we strengthened our digital team and our service offering is testimony to this.
- We listened to our people who asked us to continue offering flexible work arrangements and to extend global mobility opportunities
- Our student experience and onboarding programmes have been revamped receiving great feedback from new joiners.
- On a regular basis we challenge our talent review processes to make sure they remain meaningful and we review our reward and recognition systems to keep them fair and relevant.
- We have extended our voluntary occupational pension scheme to experienced managers, we enhanced our wellbeing efforts with subsidized nutrition and fitness programmes complementing our existing Employee Assistance Programme and we continued automating our HC processes to enable more efficient data-driven decisions
- We are particularly proud about the recently launched milestone leadership journey which aims to instil leadership skills at all levels and we continued to build on our Diversity & Inclusion vision and initiatives through targeted goals in respect of gender equity, cross-border and LGBT+ inclusion.
