What were your early career years like?
I have started my career at PwC Kosovo, so all my early years I spent at PwC. These years were mainly learning new things and meeting new people.
What drew you to PwC?
What drew me to PwC was my intention of building a career in a well-known firm.
How was your experience at PwC?
In summary, my 9 years of experience at PwC were very good - with a lot of learning and networking opportunities and good work-life balance.
Any lasting lessons from your time at PwC?
From my time at PwC, I would emphasize the importance of focusing on things that matter and never stop learning.
Reflecting on your career at this point, what makes you feel the most proud?
In regards to my career, what makes me the most proud is that I have established a reputable consulting firm.
How would you describe yourself as a leader?
As a leader, I would describe myself as honest and charismatic.
What do you think is most important in leadership?
What I think is most important in leadership is leading by example.
What helpful career advice can you offer?
I would advise to focus on learning things which are useful in profitable industries.
If you could go back in time and tell your 18-year-old self-something, what would it be?
If I could go back in time, I would tell myself that patience and persistence ultimately pay off.
