Ronaele Dathorne-Bayrd

Ronaele is a Partner of the PwC East Caribbean firm based in Barbados. She is the Environmental Social and Governance Leader for the East Caribbean firm and the Tax and Legal Services Leader for the Caribbean Region.
Ronaele has extensive experience in the examination and implementation of international best practice on varied areas including roles and responsibilities, risk oversight and legislative requirements, including AML, having led teams in the provision of engagements for Barbados and regional conglomerates.
She advised a British multinational banking and financial services company on the implementation of Barbados financing entities to facilitate international operations and oversaw the ongoing administration of these entities. She also advised numerous multinational clients on matters concerning the creation, restructuring and operation of Barbados corporate entities, including satisfying AML/KYC requirements.
Ronaele is an Attorney-at-Law, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Canada and holds an LLM Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law with an emphasis on Corporate Governance.
