Matthew Britten

Matthew Britten, managing director with PwC Bermuda’s insurance and reinsurance group, has more than 17 years of experience and has managed large-scale global projects involving multidisciplinary teams. Matthew has operational responsibility for the assurance team serving PwC’s Bermuda SEC-listed insurance and reinsurance clients and for the risk and controls practice (internal audit, process assurance and regulatory risk services).

Matthew has extensive experience and knowledge of the property and casualty industry, - specifically commercial lines insurers - from a business, operations and accounting perspective. He has spent a significant portion of his career in PwC's New York and London offices. Matthew is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda.
