Scott Watson-Brown

Scott Watson-Brown is the Asset and Wealth Management Leader at PwC Bermuda, overseeing a team of more than 50 professionals in the provision of assurance, tax and advisory services to clients in the alternative investment industry.

He has more than 20 years of experience providing specialized audit and advisory services to clients who encompass a wide variety of asset classes, including hedge, private equity and real estate funds, capital market/reinsurance convergence structures (insurance-linked securities), investment advisers and other offshore investment structures. 

Highly experienced in the area of insurance linked securities, Scott assists clients through significant transactions, including initial public offerings, structuring of vehicles and helping clients understand and resolve operational and accounting challenges with their offerings. Scott has significant experience working with clients in the US, UK, and Bermuda. He is currently the lead engagement partner on several ILS fund clients.

Scott is a Member of both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
