Partner, PwC Bermuda
Sean Kelly is a partner in the banking and capital markets practice at PwC Bermuda and has spent the last 15 years working with clients across the financial services sector, with a focus on banking and insurance. He has extensive experience with multi-national, publicly traded companies and the associated compliance and reporting requirements.
Sean has a comprehensive knowledge of public company internal control requirements and the development and execution of an effective Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance strategy. He brings extensive audit experience of SEC registrant reporting requirements, as well as with capital market transactions (including M&A), public debt offerings and buy-side due diligence work.
In addition, Sean has delivered support to clients in a diverse range of regulatory and risk assurance services, including internal audit and compliance reviews, transactional due diligence reviews, capital requirement assessments and the implementation of an internal capital model framework.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a member of the Bermuda Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
