PwC Bahamas Statement - COVID-19

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the first reported cases in The Bahamas on 15 March 2020, PwC Bahamas has taken precautionary steps to protect the health and safety of our people and our clients. 

Effective Tuesday, 17 March 2020, we have introduced a remote working policy, which is consistent with the Government of The Bahamas’ guidelines with respect to limiting gatherings and enforcing social distancing. This means that for the most part our staff will be working remotely and only if absolutely necessary, will report to our offices or visiting client locations.  Given our already flexible work environment and use of robust information technology, we are well prepared for and have the ability to work remotely for extended periods of time. We will nevertheless continue to monitor the situation as it develops and adjust our policy if required.

As we undertake these necessary measures we will continue to maintain the high level of service you have become accustomed to, and bring value to your organization. Serving our clients and doing everything possible to protect the health and well-being of our people are our priorities.
