We all know that first impressions count, so take your time to complete our application form properly. There are sections for your personal details along with sections for your academic and professional background and skills. You may be asked not only to upload your CV(s) but to also answer a few questions related to your career motivation and goals. Inputting complete and accurate information in the system will make your recruitment process easier.
Based on your online application, we may ask you to come to our office for an interview with our colleagues to get to know you better and to learn more about your expertise and capabilities. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. It is a great chance to ask questions about the requirements of the job and the nature of the work you would do. Based on the role you are applying for and the office where you apply, the number of on–site interviews may differ.
You should not have to wait too long after your final interview for an offer. When you receive your offer letter, this means you have been officially invited to join the firm. Before your start date, you may find it useful to come back for a visit. This will allow you to have a more personalised, informal chat about what to expect once you join, as well as give you the chance to take a look around the office.
Look Inside is our global, online, mobile adopted community where pre-hires can learn about what to expect in their first days and weeks and connect not only with us, but also other pre-hires.
