Leaders, in recent years, have had to tackle numerous and multiple challenges that no one could have foreseen including the shift to remote working, the cloud and supply chains that are almost completely digital. And with each challenge, and their solution, has come new cyber risks. Against this backdrop, a financial services client wanted to arrange cybersecurity awareness training for their staff and executives - over 45 people in total.
“Two-thirds of executives consider cybercrime their most significant threat in the coming year. Cybercriminals, increasingly using off-the-shelf tools, can perpetrate and orchestrate a variety of attacks.”
PwC Cayman Islands collaborated with the client to create an interactive experience that would not only address the immediate learning needs but make the training more memorable. Using our BXT way of working, our programme included cyber gamification using PwC's proprietary Game of Threats™ (GoT) tool which allowed the training group to simulate attack and response scenarios. Real world case studies were also used, allowing attendees not only to test their understanding of threats but also how they would best respond.
By reimagining the training session and combining our digital tools, BXT methodology and the GoT simulations, we were able to deliver a highly impactful session for the client, leaving participants much more confident in their understanding and application of the subject matter.
