Luís Boquinhas

Luís Boquinhas is the leader of Forensic Services and Transaction Services at PwC.

Luís Boquinhas has developed his activity in advising companies in a transaction situation or in investment projects, having extensive experience in providing financial Due Diligence services, evaluation and structuring of transactions to national and international clients. He has experience in transactions in a wide range of business sectors.

Luís Boquinhas has been involved in projects to investigate acts of management, suspected fraud and other irregularities in various economic sectors. Additionally, it should be noted that Luís has been responsible for the Ethics and Professional Conduct team at PwC Portugal for 5 years (a member of the team for more than 10 years),being one of those responsible for receiving and managing complaints by PwC employees in Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
