PwC Greece's governance structure comprises an Executive Committee, which is responsible for the strategy execution and operational management of the business, other key Leadership Roles that oversee the Firm’s compliance with the internal policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct & Ethics, and an independent Governance Body that aims to promote good governance and provides guidance to the Leadership of the Firm on matters of actual or potential concern.
Marios Psaltis is the Managing Partner of PwC Greece. Marios holds a BSc. (Hons) degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and of the respective professional bodies in Greece and Cyprus. Marios was previously Head of the Advisory and also an Assurance Partner.
Kyriakos Andreou is the Firm Strategy, Markets & Client Leader. Kyriakos is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors. Kyriakos' expertise is in the areas of Business Process Improvement, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and Internal Control Assessments.
Vassilis Vizas is the PwC Greece Tax and Legal Services Leader, and the Managing Partner of "Vizas - Katrinakis and Associates Law Firm”. He is a lawyer admitted to the Athens Bar in 1998 and has over 20 years of experience in Tax M&A, tax structuring advice and Corporate Law matters. He joined the Greek firm in 2002 after working for Arthur Andersen and Elias Paraskevas Law Firm.
Vassilis has built significant experience in advising on M&A projects from a tax and legal structuring and due diligence perspective. His clients include banks, private equity funds, but also Greek public and family-owned companies across several sectors, with emphasis on Financial Services, Real Estate, Tourism, Energy and Infrastructure.
He has issued a number of publications in Greek legal and tax magazines, including a book called “The GAAR in Greek Law – Scope and Limitations”, published in January 2017. Vassilis holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Athens and an LLM from the University of London.

Andreas Riris is the Partner responsible for our Assurance Practice. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK (FCCA). Andreas was previously our Financial Services Leader and, besides audit, has significant experience in providing transaction support and corporate finance advice.

Panagiotis Zisis is the Partner responsible for Risk and Quality and is the Chief Risk Officer of the Firm, overseeing all its Ethics and Compliance functions. Panagiotis is a chartered accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
