Katerina is a lawyer admitted to the Athens Bar in 2006. She joined the Greek firm in 2012 and she is currently Director at the M&A Tax and International Tax Structuring team of PwC Greece.
Katerina has extensive experience in advising on M&A projects from a tax structuring and due diligence perspective with emphasis on real estate, tourism, energy and infrastructure transactions. Katerina has also built significant experience in tax structuring of NPL portfolio transactions.
Katerina holds an LLB from the University of Athens and an MSc from Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). She has also been qualified with the Advanced Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
