Elias Siskos

Elias is a lawyer and Senior Manager in the legal team of PwC Greece.

Elias has over 19 years of advisory experience and has been providing legal services, specializing in the areas of privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, advising on concessions and infrastructure projects, capital markets transactions and private equity deals.

His has worked with demanding clients from almost all business sectors and has cooperated with leading experts in the legal, technical and financial sectors.
