Michail Efstathiadis

Michalis is a Director leading the Capital Markets Group of PwC’s Assurance Division, providing advisory and assurance services. He has led teams in various transactions, from clients seeking to list their Equity or Bonds Securities in the European, Greek, US Markets and 144A offerings, to providing advice on complex accounting / auditing, technical issues (US GAAP and IFRS). He has been involved in multiple industries ranging from shipping and construction, to industrial manufacturing, real estate and banking. Michalis has also been engaged in a variety of projects ranging from buyer side due diligence to Forensic accounting, debt restructuring  and GAAP conversions.
