Panagiotis Takopoulos has experience in the financial services industry, actively involved in significant performance improvement, business transformations, compliance,troubled assets management, risk management and debt management engagements. He managed projects related to operational /business transformation including among others, redevelopment of business policies and processes, design and implementation of Non Perfoming Loans & workout target operating models, middle office activities management and cost containment frameworks. Also, Panagiotis has been involved in numerous projects in the CIPs industry, assisting major clients in resolving key topics in the CFO agenda and Finance Function Effectiveness. Panagiotis is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and also holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from AUEB.
