Hospitality Industry

Hospitality (tourism) industry is dependent on consumer confidence, highly sensitive to economic, but also social environment. The market today is facing increasing pressure to deliver high quality services, under a “value for money” principle.

In Greece despite the economic crisis the industry has been growing fast and systematically in the last three years, in terms of both visitors and revenues. That increased Greek share in the global market, led to higher occupancy and stabilised business profitability.

The Greek market is fragmented, mainly comprising small-size hotels, with few hotel chains. Its structure along with its mild relative competitiveness as well as the underlying economics do not facilitate large scale transactions and consequently fast consolidation.

Our professionals fully understand the dynamics of this market and will help you design and execute a clear strategy, optimise your operational and tax structures, and maintain a successful dialogue with your stakeholders.
