Legal Flash: Provisions about the development of Offshore Wind Farms (OWF) introduced by L.4964/2022
Τhe first Greek Offshore Wind Law is considered as a key milestone to kick-start offshore wind development. In the following months, the Presidential Decrees will determine the Suitable Areas for the Deployment of Offshore Wind Farms, the conditions for the development of such Projects and their estimated maximum capacity.
