PwC Greece's new study "Stars & Zombies: The prospects of Greek companies coming out of the crisis", focuses on 2,950 companies with revenues over € 10 million annually during the period 2008-2012. These firms represent 85% of revenue and 67% of the fixed assets of the business population in Greece and around 25% of the country's GDP. PwC assessed and classified these companies in 10 categories, from "Stars" to "Zombies". The study demonstrates that the Greek business economy has sustained much of the dynamism in the crisis. According to PwC the development of Greek business economy requires investments and over 2,000 opportunities in the country are seeking € 7 billion in new funds.
