What is TechYourFuture?
TechYourFuture is an especially designed 2-year program by Microsoft Hellas in collaboration with PwC Greece, that offers the opportunity to young professionals with passion for technology , but without any relevant academic background, to acquire cutting-edge tech skills while gaining work experience.
By joining TechYourFuture, participants are offered a salaried position at PwC Greece since day 1, while they are at the same time studying at the 2-year program.
Through the program’s meticulously designed training plan, participants will acquire certified knowledge, by enrolling in courses and certification exams, in fields such as:
- Information technology (IT)
- Information security
- Cybersecurity
- Evaluation of information systems (IT Audit)
- Data analytics
- Data analysis using cloud technology (Cloud analytics)
- IT & Financial Services
After completing the program, TechYourFuture graduates will have the opportunity to continue their career at PwC Greece.

Is TechYourFuture right for me?
Yes, as long as:
- you are a young person from all over Greece
- you are a higher education senior student or a university graduate coming from a non-IT science or any other non tech-related field
- you have 0-2 years of professional experience

Will I be paid during the 2 years that I will be learning and at the same time working at PwC Greece?
Of course! On the very first day of joining TechYourFuture you will be signing an employment contract.
Is there a cost to attend the courses and certification exams?
No. All costs are mostly covered by PwC Greece and secondarily by Microsoft.
Will PwC Greece provide me with the appropriate equipment to attend the courses and to work at the same time?
We will provide you with the necessary technological equipment so that you are able to do any tasks and prepare for the courses you will attend as part of the program. In case of remote training or remote work, you will only need an internet connection.
What happens after I have completed the 2 year program while working at PwC Greece?
After successfully completing the program, TechYourFuture graduates will have the opportunity to continue their career at PwC Greece.
