- Advising and supporting one of the four Greek systemic banks in the demerger process of its subsidiary which is a leader in insurance intermediation;
- Acting as legal advisor to the Greek subsidiary of the global leader in the Life Science fields of healthcare and agriculture, as to the implementation of the Greek part of a global wide acquisition of an agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology top tier enterprise;
- Supporting the world’s largest bank with regard to the registration of its representative office in Greece;
- Advice and assistance for the accomplishment of a landmark deal in the Greek market of consumer electronic products, through the merger of two Greek leading enterprises;
- Advising and assisting with implementation of possibly the first partial demerger under Greek new corporate restructuring law, acting for the Greek affiliate of a global leader in the production of health, hygiene and home products;
- Structuring and implementing an intragroup merger by absorption of three affiliates within the largest vertically integrated group in paper packaging manufacturing and paper processing and production in Greece;
- Advising and supporting a major Greek enterprise, which is ranked among the world’s top manufacturers of industrial batteries and of advanced technology batteries, in the merger by absorption of an affiliate pursuing an activity in the recycling sector;
- Advising and supporting the implementation of the Greek part of an international transaction of a value of approx. $1 billion pertaining to the sale and purchase of printing business between two global leaders in the respective market sector;
- Advising and supporting in relation to the performance of a cross-border merger by absorption of a Greek chemical company by the Belgian affiliate of a global leader in chemical industry;
- Advice and assistance in implementation in the contemplated conversion of the Greek branch of a major US insurance company (the largest US life insurer and key client of the PwC US firm) to a local (Greek) insurance undertaking;
