PwC announced that it was cited as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Microsoft Business Applications Services, Q1 2024. The Forrester report notes that, ‘Microsoft Business Applications remain one of the world’s most preferred digital operations platforms; service providers play a critical role in delivering on its promise of business agility and transformation’.
Commenting on PwC, the report states that, ‘PwC is a strong business advisor with a KPI-driven, outcome-based pricing model. PwC has partnered closely with Microsoft to deliver MBAS across the globe; it co-invests in product development and enhancement with Microsoft, helping Microsoft build new features and capabilities into the Business Applications products. This helps PwC stay ahead of competitors by enabling it to train its workforce on new functionality in advance’.
