Global Energy, Utilities and Resources Leader, Partner, PwC Netherlands
Jeroen van Hoof, based in Rotterdam / the Netherlands, is the Global Energy, Utilities & Resources Leader for PwC’s worldwide operations, as well as the global Power & Utilities leader and EU&R Assurance leader.
During his 25-year career at PwC Jeroen has advised many companies, regulators, policy makers and local governments on the ongoing Energy Transition. This brings many challenges around a.o. changing business models, required regulatory changes and customer interaction.
Jeroen takes honour in leading PwC’s global network of highly qualified and dedicated specialists for our industry. As audit partner he has served on many Utilities, Grid and Global Upstream companies. These include both local and internationally listed companies. In addition Jeroen has coordinated various sector mergers and acquisitions, carve outs and large scale cross competence projects.
On a personal level, the complex nature of the challenges facing the industry on all levels makes every day Jeroen works with it a pleasure.
Being passionate about contributing to the ongoing Energy Transition he is proud to chair the Dutch chapter of the World Energy Council and be a member of the board of CIEP (Clingendael International Energy Program).
