Martin Berlin

Martin is the Global Deals Real Estate leader and a partner within PwC’s Deals Strategy team in the Middle East based in Dubai. As a member of the Global Deals Origination Team, he focuses on real estate opportunities for global investors including Sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), pension funds and Private Equities (PEs). 

Martin brings over 12 years of experience working in senior strategy and operational positions at real estate development companies in the Middle East. While focusing on strategy, he also gained significant experience in business development, deal making, marketing and operations. Martin’s past experience at McKinsey & Company provides him with a valuable Consulting perspective that compliments the operational expertise that he acquired during his time at Procter & Gamble and Dubai Holding. Recently, Martin has been working on advising real estate, construction contractors, and architectural and engineering companies in their corporate strategy development and operational projects.
