I am delighted to have been appointed as the global co-leader of PwC’s global Reward and Benefits practice, working alongside Christine Randazzo. Reward programmes are undergoing rapid and significant change and so we are excited to be taking over this role and supporting our clients. The impact of COVID-19 has caused many organisations to rethink and evolve their workforce, workplace, and operating model. It is an uncertain time for both employers and employees. Facing a future that is less defined presents a number of challenges, including making sure that reward aligns to any new strategy.
