In this video, PwC Global Risk & Regulatory Leader Andrew McPherson describes four actions that can help organisations adopt a more agile and proactive risk strategy. They should start, he says, with taking a panoramic view of risk, while at the same time defining the company’s risk appetite. Those two imperatives, combined with more diverse teams and tech-enabled real-time analysis, will help leaders identify the upsides to risk and act on them—because, as McPherson stresses, “managing risk isn’t just about reacting to change”.
