PwC’s Enterprise Resilience Assessment (ERA) is a powerful platform designed to objectively quantify an organisation’s resilience capabilities. It provides a detailed snapshot of their current resilience status, a clear and measurable maturity score, actionable insights, and a prioritised roadmap for program enhancement.
Based on PwC’s Enterprise Resilience framework developed by our Global Centre for Crisis and Resilience, the ERA consists of 7 domains, covering both strategic and operational resilience capabilities, enabling a holistic assessment of enterprise resilience maturity at an enterprise level.
Using this dynamic technology, we are able to measure enterprise-wide resilience maturity and assess how integrated various resilience capabilities are in a 5-scale Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) scoring system. This gives organisations insights not just into their current maturity level for each area, but also their target state and the required roadmap to get there, which is key to building a resilient organisation.
PwC Enterprise Resilience Assessment provides a foundational roadmap to fortify your organisation, based on your specific business needs, to be resilient by design.
