We recognised that as we continued to evolve as a business, we had to upskill our workforce of 284,000 people. So we set out on a mission to change the way we work, while creating space for our people to learn, build, and scale innovation. 

Our journey to become a digital business doesn’t stop. We’re becoming a human-led and tech-powered network. We are equipping our people with new skills, digital tools and capabilities. Enabling our people to be fit for the future.

Digital Accelerators

Selected from across the network, our Digital Accelerators are armed with the skills, knowledge and digital technology to help solve complex business challenges. Trained with deeper experiences in digital, agile thinking and problem solving, this is our community of change agents helping to drive adoption of new ways of working in our network. 

 

Digital Lab

We created an interactive Digital Lab for our people to collaborate on and share new citizen-led automations and ideas, incenting time spent exploring and creating. And digital badges let our people learn and earn credentials.

 

Enhanced data security

Combined with the latest in cloud solutions, enhanced data security not only streamlines our processes but also facilitates a more intuitive experience, provides deeper insights and helps us meet the needs of our clients and people - regardless of location.

 

New behaviours

We’ve inspired new behaviours to help our people engage more productively in a new digital world, while fuelling innovation and driving efficiencies.
