In a recent IDC Analyst Connection, sponsored by PwC, titled ‘Building Trust and Delivering Sustained Outcomes Through Technology and Experience Transformation’ (September 2021 #US48218621), the analyst examined how organisations can deal with uncertainties, whilst ensuring the transformation is both continuous and more complex. It examines how to combine the right expertise to ensure we deliver tangible long-lasting solutions. The report observes that only through applying a BXT approach in transformation projects can organisations champion new ways of working to advance innovation in a world where pace of change is ever increasing.
