PwC named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape. Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation (IA) Services 2021 Vendor Assessment

PwC has been named as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape. Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment (May 2021, IDC #AP46912421).  ‘Across all the IA services vendors assessed, the top areas of strength were functionality or offering strategy, delivery strategy, customer service delivery, and employee management. The IDC MarketScape also found that most participating vendors also afforded a very high degree of corporate visibility to their IA offerings and services.’

The IDC MarketScape ‘found that enterprises, in general, appear to be quite satisfied with the ability of their IA services vendors to:

• Meet project timelines and handle changes in project scope.
• Effectively provide technical insights and competency.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer service issues and problems.
• Achieve desired business outcomes.’

The IDC MarketScape notes: ‘PwC provides the full spectrum of IA life-cycle services, including target operating model setup, governance and centre of excellence (COE) setup, platform selection and benchmarking, process discovery and prioritization, automation implementation, IA trainings, citizen-led innovation models, IA risk assessments and health checks, managed services, and ongoing support.’

Commenting on PwC’s strengths, the report states:

• ‘PwC has a robust internal citizen development program, which lends credence to its championing of well-governed citizen development initiatives as part of customer IA implementations.
• Customers commended PwC for its delivery excellence, thought leadership, technical and industry insights, and relevant IA use cases.
