Technology today, the fuel for risk taking and value creation

Featuring insights from Gartner® research, this Risk Management newsletter provides clients with insights into PwC's Global Risk Survey 2023 which reveals how leading organisations are changing the way they see risk by embracing the transformative power of technology and data. 

Our survey highlighted that, whilst executives saw technology investments as a trigger to review their organisations' risk exposure, technology disruptors were more likely to be seen as opportunities compared to other disruptors. Moreover, organisations that had been successful in changing their approach to risk, and achieving better outcomes, were almost three times as likely to be using cutting edge technology and data to navigate risk.
