London, Monday 3 July 2023 – PwC has appointed Frederic Mirza Khanian as Global Legal Business Solutions Leader with effect from 1 July 2023.
Frederic is a partner in PwC Legal AG Germany where he currently heads the Corporate Practice Group. In addition, Frederic holds a number of global and regional leadership roles at PwC including as Legal Business Solutions Leader for PwC Europe and Global Co-Leader of the International Business Reorganisations Network.
Frederic has more than 15 years experience as an attorney, including more than 10 years with international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he worked in New York, Dubai and Düsseldorf.
At PwC Legal he regularly advises global clients on large national and international reorganisation projects.
Frederic succeeds Tony O’Malley who led PwC’s global legal business solutions network for four years. Tony remains with PwC and has recently been appointed as Chief Risk & Ethics Leader for PwC Australia.
