How is PwC leveraging GenAI for our clients? Hear the thoughts of PwC's Michael Rasch and Neil Morton as they talk to the firms latest GenAI solutions which harness the power of SAP.

We use GenAI to make our projects for our clients much more efficient and productive. By writing test scripts, reuse experience we had in older implementations.

So this is already a spot-on and second, use GenAI of course, for the benefit of the client when it comes to customer solutions.

When it comes to reporting angle, when it comes also to calculation, when it comes to financial statements, there is a bunch of AI solutions we have ready to go or under development, in discussion with clients.

So this is also where the future lies.

What we see here, and we are happy to support our clients on this angle as well.

Sustainability, big transformation projects with our clients. Obviously one of the questions that will always come up is, how do we leverage artificial intelligence into that, right?

And I think we have to, as PwC, to be honest to the clients. And moving forward in FY25 of our business, AI is going to be very important. Let’s face it. But its importance is going to be driven by how we help customers efficiently apply artificial intelligence into their business processes, making their operational excellence better. And by saying that, it also means potentially changing business models that they’re running on, knowing it’s a volatile economy in many areas and it does require them to be very agile. So this is where I believe, besides automation, the efficiency, it’s also about making sure they can adopt very quickly to how economies and markets and supply chains are changing, which will drive their profitability to a certain extent.

And we hope that obviously in this area, with the expertise across tax, across all the transformational areas, across the technologies we can provide, this will be to the benefit of our clients when they embark on the journey in leveraging AI as part of their business.
