In March 2017, the Pro Bono Team at PwC Hungary launched a mentoring programme for non-profit organisations. Since then we organized the third programme, we were working together with almost 50 organisations, and our six-module training programme provided them with an opportunity to develop and build relationships.
Representatives of civil society learned from our colleagues who are experts in their own fields, such as business planning, communication, and service development.
In addition, organisations were selected by a panel to participate in a six-month mentoring programme, with PwC specialists monitoring their day-to-day work and giving them advice to help identify the right directions to head in.
