PwC Hungary is proud to announce the appointment of a new partner in its Advisory practice, Csaba Polacsek (50).
Csaba Polacsek joined PwC Hungary’s Advisory practice as executive director in January 2016, focusing on financial and transaction advisory services. Mr. Polacsek has spent 20 years in the banking and financial services sectors, including nearly ten years at Creditanstalt/UniCredit. He was in charge of real estate development projects in various ex-Yugoslav countries for two years and spent five years in the public sector. Before joining PwC, he served for three years as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post). He has acquired extensive regional business experience in Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania and Poland. In addition to his university degree and doctorate in economics, he is a Certified Public Accountant both in Hungary and in the United States. As PwC Hungary’s business advisory partner, he will be responsible for transaction advisory, business valuations, acquisitions, business restructuring, real estate advisory and forensic services.
