She is a graduate of Eötvös Loránd University’s Faculty of Law and the MBA programme at the University of Cincinnati. Her most notable work experience includes 16 years at the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), where she worked as Director of the Issuers Department until 2020 and then as a capital markets regulatory advisor to BSE. Between 2014 and 2016, she served as a member and, until 2020, Chair of KELER KSZF Zrt.’s Supervisory Board. Before joining PwC Legal, she worked as Managing Director of ESG Capital Solutions Kft., a company she founded, where she primarily managed corporate ESG development projects. In addition to her work, she has served on several professional committees and is a lecturer at ELTE’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Budapest Institute of Banking.
She specialises in corporate ESG disclosure, reporting obligations, internal compliance and regulation. In her new role, she aims to help companies navigate complex sustainability regulation and meet changing investor, creditor and other business expectations.
