Amir is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and the Communications, Entertainment & Media Leader. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli firm.
Amir joined the Israeli firm in 1991 and has an extensive experience in serving companies ranging from emerging businesses to multinationals and acquired extensive experience with hi-tech, software, medical devices, and communication and media companies. He has served as the leading engagement partner for numerous companies traded in the United States, Europe and Israel during their initial public offerings, secondary offerings and M&A activities.
Amir is a visiting lecturer at Tel-Aviv University’s Faculty of Management.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics awarded by
Tel-Aviv University.
Amir is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
