Avishay Bardugo

Avishay Bardugo is a Tax Partner and the leader of PwC Israel's Global Incentive Department.

Avishay has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Israeli taxation in general and Approved Enterprise (Israeli tax Holiday) regime in particular. Avishay has gained extensive experience in providing tax services to Israeli corporations in different industries.

During his 10 years tenure as a Senior Tax officer with the Israeli Tax Authorities ("ITA") Avishay served as a Director of the Approved Enterprise and Encouragement Law Department. In addition, Avishay served as the ITA representative on the Board of Directors of the Israeli Investment Center. Avishay was also a senior consultant to the General Director of the Ministry of Interior.

Avishay was among the initiators and writers of the amendment to the Law for Encouragement of Capital Investments enacted in 2005.

Avishay is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from The College of Management where he now serves as a lecturer at the Accounting Department.
