Batia is an Audit Partner with over 12 years experience in auditing financial statements and providing assistance and financial consulting to clients from various sectors of the Israeli economy. She specializes in accounting, taxation, M&A, offerings and financial and business advisory services for publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad.

Batia is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business (M.B.A) from Heriot-Watt University and in law (LL.M.) from Bar-Ilan University.
