Guy Preminger

Guy is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and the Technology leader. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli firm.
Guy joined the Israeli firm in 2002 and has extensive experience in auditing financial statements and providing assistance and financial consulting. In addition, Guy has extensive experience in IPOs in Israel and in the US.
He specializes in accounting, taxation, M&As, public offerings and financial and business consulting services for publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad and for private companies. In addition, Guy specializes in companies in the High-Tech, life science and industrial production sectors, and is working closely with start-ups from their earliest stage - including providing assistance in raising capital - right through to the exit stage.
Before joining PwC, Guy served as a partner and high-tech practice leader at Arthur Andersen, Israel.
Guy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business awarded by the College of Management and studied Industrial Engineering and management at Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Guy is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
