Marc is a US partner residing in the Tel-Aviv, Israel office and has been with PwC since 1997. Marc currently serves on Israeli companies that are publicly traded in the US. Marc also serves in the National Office of PwC Israel, primarily assisting with respect to SEC reporting matters and US GAAP accounting matters.
Prior to Marc coming to Israel in July 2009, Marc worked in the PwC New York technology audit practice working as the lead senior manager on two global Fortune 500 technology engagements.
From 2005-2007, Marc worked in the PwC-US National Office in the SEC Services Group. During his tour at the US National Office, Marc assisted over 50 clients primarily in the areas of SEC reporting, including going public transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as revenue recognition and stock-based compensation accounting matters.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Yeshiva University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
