Noam is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and the Government & Public Sector Leader and Head of the Jerusalem office. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli firm.
Noam joined the Israeli firm in 1992 and has an extensive experience in auditing financial statements and providing assistance and financial consulting to clients from various sectors of the Israeli economy. He specializes in accounting, taxation, M&As, IPOs and financial and business consulting services for publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad, Not-for-profit organizations, private companies and individuals.
Noam holds a Bachelor´s degree in Accounting and Economics awarded by Tel-Aviv University and an MSC degree in Finance awarded by the City University of New York.
Noam is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
