Rubi Heads PwC Israel’s Advisory Company and is the Hi-tech Leader for PwC Israel. Rubi is a Member of PwC Israel Leadership Team.
Rubi’s expertise is in the areas of Tech Companies, M&A, IPOs in the US, Venture Capital and Private Equity. Viewed as Trusted Advisor to his clients, Rubi is acting advisor to many of the largest Israeli companies and has advised in many of the largest M&A deals and IPOs in recent years.
Rubi is in charge of all advisory services provided by PwC Advisory Ltd., in the areas of Strategy, M&A, Business and Economic, IT, ERP, Cyber, Digital, BI and Analytics, HR, Risk Management and more.
Rubi has bachelor degrees in Accounting and Law (LL.B.) from the Tel-Aviv University and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
