Shahar Houri

Shahar is an Audit partner at PwC Israel.

Shahar joined the Israeli firm in 1998 and has acquired extensive experience with hi-tech, pharmaceuticals and bio-tech companies, multinational corporations and SEC registrants, to which he provides professional services in the fields of audit, tax, M&A support, business consulting and public offerings in Israel and in the United States.

In the years 2005-2007, Shahar worked as a Senior Manager in the technology group of PwC New York, where he served clients as Honeywell, SEC registrants and other private hi-tech companies.

Shahar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science and an MBA (with special distinction), both awarded by Tel-Aviv University, where he teaches accounting of mergers and acquisitions.

Shahar is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel
